I love shopping at Windsor! Their clothes are always stylish and great quality for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I can always find the perfect outfit for any occasion

My family and I had the most horrible experience at this store and will never be back. We are from out of town and we came to celebrate my nieces 17th birthday and took her shopping at the mall to pick out gifts. We were followed around the store the entire time being watched and it was the most uncomfortable shopping experience. This same woman began speaking poorly about myself and my young nieces to another woman who worked there. They began to laugh and stare and we got so uncomfortable we bought one dress and left. My husband was so bothered he went in to speak with the manager in regard to us being made to feel uncomfortable. The manager that he spoke with was the woman who had been following us and making remarks. We were with young girls one of which who has social anxiety. This was unacceptable.

Went in to shop to change up my style on August 21, 2022, was greeted by Yohanngs. She was such a sweet person! I went in feeling nervous and not confident enough to change up my style of clothing and when I tell you she went above and beyond helping me! She helped me so much and was so welcoming. She went back and forth from the dressing room to the clothes rack helping me find my size and different clothing items that I would like. Walked out feeling happy and beautiful! Thankyou so much for the confidence boost. The outfits you picked out for me look amazing!
