Friendly staffs and gym community. Everyone there just minds their business and are usually friendly.

Nice YMCA. They have a well maintained spa in the locker room. Weights and cardio have two levels, upper is more chill while lower is good for flexing. They have a pool and a boxing room (make sure to bring gloves). Basketballs need better maintenance though; bring an air pump or your own ball. Overall, a nice YMCA in Middletown.
