I dropped off my jewelry to have a minor repair. Luis went out of his way to take very specific notes on what I was requesting. He was extremely attentive and polite.
Now, 2 weeks later I come to pick up my repair and Luis was there and remembered my name. I don’t know about anyone else, but remembering my name is exceptional customer service. Thank you Luis! I hope Zales sees the potential in you!

Today August 19th 2025 I had appointment with LisaVera on a prior transaction, Lisa was patient and a very knowledgeably with the different birth stones putting them together she was able to help me to return one transaction and put together a new transaction and pay for it, thank you very much Lisa I appreciate your help and the time you spent helping me she is the best.

My aunt bought a custom ring. She was on hospice. She wanted to give this ring to my mom but we got it and the engravings were wrong after 2 weeks of waiting. We send it back to get it fixed, then they tried to unchangeable the ring that was already paid for because the price went up. We paid for it, engraved was wrong then try they try to say we have to pay more money..we gave the the request of what we wanted. Screwed up and now we have to pay more money. My aunt passed She wanted to give her the ring. If they didn't screw up then she could have gave the ring to my mom she passed 8-14-25 around 11:30am
