“Its definitely very clean. This location has more equipment than Peekskill and Mahopac. The customer service is excellent. I still think the gym should be open 24hrs, 7 days a week. World gym has it open 7 days a week 24hrs including the holidays. In New York city the gyms are open as well. It caters to the people that work the weekends and that wants to work out after working a stressful weekend.”

“the diversity of the classes offered challenges everyone from old and young to beginner and athlete. Classes are always welcoming and friendly. sure is it a bit more than a planet fitness or gold's gym but no doubt if you are looking to achieve a physical goal, you can do it here and you will get your monies worth. Trainers, specficially George and Amy, with whom I've trained with for years, are knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness; both live by it and are examples of practice what you preach.”
