I wanna start by saying if I could leave less stars I would this place is a disgrace they scam you. I got glasses from this place, and my vision was blurry and I was getting headaches. This place is a scam…. Warning stay away from them. They told my wife that the insurance would cover her lenses and the charged her for them. Very rude and unprofessional. The lenses that they made for her were completely wrong and she was having issues seeing from them. When she called explaining that they were telling her she’s a liar very disrespectful. She never used her glasses.
If I could give them a minus one star I would. If you value your eyes don’t go to these people

Beyond frustrated when I made the appointment on the telephone and talk to the receptionist she told me that , I was good to go since I could get my eye exam after August 22nd, when I got there she told me she was trying to call me Grant you my phone number has changed and I don't think I updated it but with that being said when I made the appointment there seems to be no issue until I got there in person and she told me that I can't get my eye exam until August 22nd of next year My thing is if you're a receptionist and I'm calling to make an appointment someone's not doing their job if you don't see that I'm eligible for a pair of glasses and not looking exactly at the dates it's a half an hour drive from where I live I had issues with these glasses ever since I got them not being properly adjusted and not seeing well with them but unfortunately it's the only place I seem to take my insurance currently if I had any other way I would not do business here ?

First of all, this is one of the few doctors offices where I never feel rushed, and the exam always feels incredibly thorough. Dr Peryea always kindly shows me the photos of my eye, explaining both the anatomy and function, and what the issues may be. I love the selection of frames and the lovely people that help me pick out just the perfect look. I also happen to really love the Millbrook location. Easy to park, quaint little shops, and charming park right down the road. Love it there.

Millbrook Family Eyecare is conveintly located. That said, it is not worth it. Eye exam went well or so I thought. Woman who assists with the glasses was horrible. Attitude, not helpful and pressured me into making a decision. Long story short, 3 months after my exam, I finally have a pair of glasses that work. The first frame was a disaster. I got it adjusted 5+ times before I insisted on I a new frame. I was actually told “maybe your eyebrows are uneven”. Nasty comments from woman about this is a one time deal replacing my frames. After picking up my new glasses and wearing them for a bit, I realized the prescription was not correct. I went back to get a recheck. Prescription was way off. Again, Nasty comments from woman about this is a one time deal.

I have been going to Millbrook family eyecare for just two short years, and today's appointment will be my last. Last year, I had no issues. Everyone was kind and helpful. This year I was told that I will not receive my prescription unless I pay a 60 dollar fee. Or purchase my contacts through them. This goes against the "contact lenses rule". I've attached it to this review for others to see. It's nice that they offer you the option to purchase through them. However, every patient should be entitled to all parts of their health record. Including prescriptions as well as the freedom to choose where they want to make a purchase from.

Like the doctor but the office staff is in bad. Took mom there and they could not find her file, it was in the garage. When asked for a chair with arms, was told "we don't have any",so you make an 80 year old handy cap that can barely walk stand. The doctor went into his office and got a chair. When ordering glasses she felt pressured into getting things that she didn't want. Brought bad glasses because they were not right and was told very rudely and "you only get one redo so some make sure this is you want ". Will be looking for a new eye doctor.

Terrible service; no follow up. It's gone on for years and I put up with it because of the convenient location. Now I'm finding another provider.
