I could tell right away that Jay wasn't sure if he could get me out alone. Well, he did! Multiple pulls and truck repositions were required. He went above and beyond, and I am so grateful. (By the way Jay, NO DAMAGE when I got the front end looked at the next day. GREAT JOB!!!)”
