“First time going here and although they weren’t able to fix my ac problem with my car. They ran diagnostics, dye test, charged my system and didn’t charge me for any of it since they couldn’t fix the issue. Jojo recommended another auto body shop locally, who specializes in German cars to which I was able to get my problem resolved. He towed the car and kindly helped us find a taxi (no easy feat) and waited for more than an hour until we could get a ride so we wouldn’t be left alone on the desolate road. They were able to diagnose and FIX the issue within my car that had baffled other mechanics. She now runs better than ever! “We were introduced to Matt's Auto Body years ago after a fender bender. Their honesty and workmanship was outstanding. This week we had to return for a minor issue... a leak somewhere in the back hatch of my HONDA HRV causing water to pool in the spare tire wheel well. From Randi who answered the initial phone call to Mike who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve the mysterious leak service was excellent! I am 100% sure if I took this to the dealership I would have been taken for a financial ride for something according to Mike a simple fix!
