At a chain store, all of their bathrooms were out of order. However, it was very kind of them to allow me to use the restroom, even though it was officially designated as out of order but was actually functioning fine. The owner is obnoxious and rude. The employees work hard but the owner (as he described himself) is a loser of the lowest level, a POS. An embarrassment to the 7-11 brand. His enormous head is filled with self hatred and projects that onto his customers. He should be put out of business…
