One was a very old very dirty hand-me-down Saturn Vue and the other was a brand new but dirty nonetheless Bronco sport. JR is responsive, punctual and works very efficiently. “They're good, not the best they could be, but good. Better than most. The people who hand dry after the machine blowers could replace the towels more often and the Armor All on the tires could be applied with more care. Tape should be used on cars/ SUVs which have rear wipers because the rolling brush during the wash can and does damage them. As is the case with these types of services if you want it to be done right you have to do it yourself. I always tip the hand dryiers a couple of bucks, I appreciate their effort nonetheless.”
