There’s certainly a disconnect between the employees and the general public with the CVS. There’s one lady there that is very kind courteous and helpful but the rest seem extremely disgruntled and just downright mean. I’m not exactly sure. What is the problem at this specific location?

Edwin has such great customer service very helpful and does a great job he really does work hard and always greets me and helps me with anything I’m looking for if I don’t see it on the shelves !

Do not get any prescription sent here. They have store policies that are down right unethical. If your insurance doesn’t cover you prescription you are not allowed to pay for it out of pocket. If they can’t overcharge your insurance company they won’t give you your prescription. I don’t know if this is even legal for them to do.

i’ve worked at a cvs and in the pharmacy and do i know how busy it can get, although this pharmacy is absurdly slow. there is no reason cars should be lined up around the facility because the employees want to take 10-15 mins per car. having to go to the pharmacy and having to wait at least an hour to get medication is insane. Hire new staff that can do their job in a quick and professional manner, not a staff that hangs around, talking, slowly walking around, and don’t even want to be there and do their job. ridiculous

Telephone chain is a horror. Cannot speak to any one. E.ployees and manager are worse. Love the drive thru but store is awful and should be shut down for nastiness, lack of manners an d pure stupidity.

Absolutely the rudest staff ever. Called and asked why my prescription was not refilled by my doctor when I knew she called it in. I got yelled at for THEIR answer machine was not working! Don't use this place.. The reviews are not lying.

Went to pick up my prescription through the drive-thru. I waited in line for 10 minutes and when I get up to the window it is 1:28 PM The girl asks for my name birthdate and says, are you aware how much your prescription cost I said no it should be going through insurance and her response was I don’t mean to rush you but I have to close for lunch right now and hang up the phone that she is talking to me through. Baffled at how rude she was.
