After using other redwing locations I am very impressed with this store . Nick was great , full customer service and scans of the feet , absolute top notch service will be traveling to this store from here on out for work or hiking boots !

Did a sweet supersole 2.0 conversion for me on my wore out 1221s what a difference! This is what this boot should have on it factory, super stable now and much more slip resistant. Top notch comfort I can’t even explain it!

I rarely write reviews, however I feel compelled to do so after my experience tonight at Lenny’s Redwing shoe store in Miller Place NY.In our current pandemic online shopping consumer environment excellent customer service has become a rarity.I am happy to report that if you are serious about your boots and require a knowledgeable guide to help you choose the right boots, based on correct fitting and appropriate sizing or just like to work with someone whose knowledge and judgement you can trust.
