I'm a 72 yr. old disabled citizen, so I've been around the block a few times when it comes to pharmacies ; This is not my first rodeo. In the past I've used CVS and Walgreens for decades until I couldn't deal with the horrible customer service they provided.I just want to say that if you are not happy with your current pharmacy I would recommend the Stop N' Shop Pharmacy in Miller Place. On a 1-10 10 being the best customer service, I would have to give Jim and everyone and the whole crew that works at their pharmacy and 11. They are knowledgeable, courteous and excellent at the job they do.I'm on a first name basis with Jim and he as the best pharmacist I've ever come across. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would without hesitation.

Jim is a very good pharmacist, he always says Hello. I like them because they know you by your name and they always have time to answer any question. Me and my wife have been going here for years and are very happy with the service.

My medication has not been in stock for weeks. They refuse to check other suppliers. They won’t call other pharmacies to check availability. I’m going through severe withdrawals because of this. Stop and Shop Miller Place Pharmacy does not care you’re sick from withdrawal. Don’t send your scripts to this pharmacy. You will regret it.

Everyone at this pharmacy is friendly and professional. I pick up items here regularly and have received nothing but exceptional customer service!

The Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and friendly! However, I had to pick up meds on New Year’s Day. First I checked on google to see if the pharmacy was open and it specifically read that it was on New Year’s Day. I went there and it was closed. How about updating the online hours!!!! Was told by a very helpful and friendly manager that this past Thursday they decided to close on NYD because of “staff shortages”. Yeah, ok sure. So LET THE PUBLIC KNOW!!!!!!! Too much to ask I guess

Shop here often because it's my local store. You have to come back 2/3 times to get your full shopping done. They have a lot of out of stocks not just sale items just everyday items you simply can not get & yes their prices are expensive. I do not shop their meats find them very inferior a lot of items not cut at the store fresh it comes in already prepared in some outside facility but they still charge you top dollar..

If something is on sale but not on the shelf I expect a rain check *without question *. Not in the circular? Shht excuse. Bad service. You exist for my benefit, and if you think conversely?? Call me I'll be as expressly disgusted as I get to be

I just purchased garlic bread from this location only to find out it was covered in mold. I also was disappointed that they closed the butcher section. I will no longer shop here Uncle Giuseppe from now on

They no longer carry items I shop for every week. I called customer service to inquire and got nowhere. She was not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a manager, she said I will ask him but he’ll probably say the same thing. Which was no info. They replace brands with their Nature’s Promise brand and don’t give other options. I need to now shop some where else.

Not many supermarkets in the area to choose from. However, with 2 stop & shops within a few miles, I drive to this location which is further away for several reasons: better produce, nicer staff, better organized store. I live in Shoreham. No place to food shop. So it's KK in Wading River, the hometown/family owned store that goes for your lungs with their outrageous prices. OR Stop & Shop Rocky Pt..formerly Waldbaums, formerly Foodtown, NOW Stop & Shop..with same cranky staff who have survived 2 turnovers. So Stop & Shop Miller Place is my go to. Hate that parking is always a nightmare, but I know it's because we are all shopping in the same place. It's clean. They are always restocking, unlike RP location where shelves are empty of sale items. Good deli, good bakery, friendly helpful staff, the low prices Stop & Shop has to offer. Maybe people who live nearby have higher expectations. I can't afford to. My family needs to eat!
