This and other Cvs stores had problems in the past but have since improved. My local drugstore dropped our health insurance and we shop here now. Personally, I think all CVS stores are way overpriced and don't shop here unless I have to, but I love the pharmacy here. The staff are very accommodating and go above and beyond.

Used to work here. DO NOT go to the pharmacy if Mark, the older guy, is working. Management and all the staff know he’s incompetent at his job but won’t fire him. The girls in pharmacy are great, but there’s only so much they can do as techs. Manny, the younger pharmacist, is really the only one who knows what’s going on. He’s great, helped me when my insurance gave me issues.
I went to pick up my medication, which is administered by injection. Mark didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when I said I needed syringes and needles in addition to the medicine vial — and it’s a very common form of medication. One of the techs had to explain it to him. He then proceeded to give me a bag of useless syringes and one singular disposable needle for what’s supposed to be a month of weekly injections, not what my doctor ordered at all. He also didn’t give me any literature or explain how to administer the medication. When I went back and explained the situation to the tech, she tried to help as best she could, but something had to be altered and she said my best bet was coming back when Manny was working. Normally I don’t write bad reviews, and most of the people at this store are genuinely kind and hardworking individuals. But Mark is unfit to work there and this point it’s a health and safety concern. If I hadn’t done research ahead of time about administering my medication and knew Mark had messed up, I could have done serious damage to myself. Just avoid him at all costs.

Two weeks ago I made a covid vaccine appointment at this CVS. No one informed me until I was there in person that they did not have the vaccine in stock. I was told at that time not to make an appointment and to instead call the pharmacy and ask if they have the vaccine in stock and then come in for a walk in. I had a covid exposure the following day and had to wait until I was in the clear to do what I had been instructed to do, but I did it to the letter. I was greeted on the phone in a very brisk manner that made it clear they did not want to speak to me, and after I asked if they had the vaccine in stock and was told yes, no opportunity to ask further questions were provided. I made the trip in - where I was told that the vaccine was not in stock for walk ins. I said I had spoken to someone on the phone, and someone behind the counter identified herself as the person I spoke to. She said she was not aware when she answered me on the phone that I had actually WANTED the vaccine. I am never, ever returning to this CVS, it is clear this is not somewhere interested in providing anyone with actual care.

All of the employees at cvs millerton are wonderful people. I have been back here since 2019 and I have always had a great experience. Amy, Pam Anna, Manny, Courtney, Chris and the others are exceptional.

CVS Millerton is by far the worst managed pharmacy anywhere. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them. Between RX’s that are constantly delayed in filling to unlabeled bottles and the hold time of 30 minutes up to 2 hrs or more to get through to them if you don’t get dropped in the process. For years they keep saying it’s because they are short staffed or new people. In looking at reviews this has been the case since 2019 and before. Not because of Covid as they claim. CVS clearly has no interest in managing this store or paying employees to stay. If I could I would rate it a Negative 5 stars

well, today I have been on hold with the pharmacy for 1 hour and 37 minutes and counting. I'm sure it's busy, but really?

Using this pharmacy has become unbearable. For two days now I have tried to check on my med by phone and no one in the pharmacy every picked up. That's now eight phone calls in two days, and on two of those I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. When I went in person, and waited in line fifteen minutes, the clerk on duty could not tell me why a script they had received two days ago was still "in process" and not filled. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

As a out of towner this was my first time to use this pharmacy. Today when I went there the customer service was fantastic. A busy place on a Saturday morning. The pharmacist and the staff were multi-tasking, juggling many phone calls and walk ins. My experience here was terrific!

Ah cvs it is the only stress I have in life there absolutly maddening at the millerton store.wait 20 minutes at the window usually to just be told not ready. In my opinion if the pharmacist has to stop counting pills and take care of a customer, seems to me only a matter what of time that your going to have a mistake in numbers I'm waiting on hold for 25 minutes to ask a pharmacist a question.once I picked a script.no label on it.if your in the cvs window you wait so long that now there's people behind you and you cannot back out.most people don't shop at cvs but they used to use pharmacy now even that part of the store is at an all time low. Here's why the ceo a woman from Rhode Island refuses to hire more people and give them ins. And I'm sure the wages are very bad so there's things they could do.but while she's at the beach her attitude must be MAKE THEM WAIT it's better than hiring more people right! !.the stress level who are willing to work they are getting very bad attitudes from customers they are not the ones deserving of an attitude.I'm still waiting on hold for a pharmacist to answer a question now its been 40 min on hold . So what will happen is I will risk the med question hang up and hope you can mix.. simply maddening stress and blood pressure rise for there customers it's very sad and I will be looking for another alternative .if there were other ratings under 1 I would use it!
