We always stop here in the fall and come away with bagfuls of fresh produce and autumn things. Our summer stop didn’t yield the same…maybe it was just an off day but when we stopped, there was practically nothing there to buy. The woman was pleasant, though, as she always is.

I make a point of going to Silamar Farm every Saturday morning. They have wonderful asparagus in season, plus other locally sourced items that are terrific. I discovered "The Farmer's Wife" sourdough breads there (from Pawling), and love the salad greens from nearby Sky Farm, plus Big Pine honey, etc. etc. It's like a farmer's market on its own - I often go there as well as a side trip to see what's on at the Millerton Farmer's Market. A great family runs this place as well.

Stopped by for local produce but couldn’t resist the ice cream, even though it wasn’t quite noon! Absolutely delicious and very reasonable. A great place to stop while on the road.

Local produce (fruits, vegetables, honeys, wool) at fair prices and unbeatable freshness. Best ice cream for miles around! Picnic tables outside, and benches for enjoying a cone 🍦. Friendly staff. Parking sufficient for a farm store this size. Seeds on sale, and bottled sodas/drinks of local manufacture.
