“We had gone to a few antique shops while in town to waste some time before checking into our Airbnb and this place was awesome. They have great pieces and I thought the prices were fair. The ONLY reason I did not walk out of there with an Edison Home Phonograph was due to it not have the horn. Stop by and check it out, will not be disappointed.”

I went and looked at several other place, but after seeing them in person decided they weren’t very good. That WASN’T the case with Distressed by Me Designs! Her work is even more beautiful in person! One of a kind pieces! Her work is outstanding! I have bought a coffee bar / buffet and a dresser. I then asked her to paint a buffet I already had to update and match. She did an outstanding job! Better then I could have imagined! I would highly recommend checking her shop out! “Charming local antique shop with a great mix of treasures! I especially loved the book nook and the salt & pepper shaker collection. Just a heads-up—it's cash only, so come prepared! I feel like what would assist this business would be to have some kind of postage or sign on their windows or outside of their store indicating that they are cash only. My experience was having a whole bunch of items I was ready to purchase, handing her my card, to THEN find out it's cash only. Better communication would serve them well”
