“Generally very happy. Never had any issues until today. I was only worried about one thing which was my insurance. I began a new job, so lost my old insurance, and won't get new coverage for 3 months, so was trying to stay on top of that today as I know that can be problematic around refill time, which it just so happens to be. I am fairly new to the pharmacy, and the system, so I did the online, but was not sure if that worked, so ended up calling to check to see cost, and when to pick up because also was not sure about timing. Was spoken to very abruptly and told "WHEN we refill it, it will be xx amount of dollars." Sadly, I feel like it just comes with the stigma of what the medication happens to be. I have worked in healthcare many years, so I see it all the time. Otherwise, the cashiers have always been so friendly, and helpful, and it really is a beautiful store. They have literally everything you could possibly need. Love their little candy section too! It's a great small town pharmacy, and a break from the big chains.”

“I usually have a good experience ordering groceries and deli items for pickup at Sam’s Club. However, on Juneteenth, I scheduled an order for the last hour of the day—well in advance—but when I arrived at 7 PM, the order wasn’t ready. The team members I spoke to were unhelpful and indifferent, telling me I’d need to come back the next day, which was frustrating as I had planned my schedule carefully. Fortunately, the manager, Pat, was understanding and personally gathered my items. One item was missed in the rush, but I was able to get a refund through the app chat. The situation was disappointing overall, but I appreciated the manager’s effort to make it right.”

“Took my Tesla Model 3 here for a tire change. Was hesitant to bring it here initially, but it came with a significant price saving compared to Costco and Tesla. To begin, it was pretty easy placing an order online. They seem to periodically run deals for tires, so you end up getting somewhat of a discount for name brands (I got $70 off for a Michelin tire). After placing the order, I got confirmation via the app after 2-3 days that they had arrived and I needed to schedule an appointment. Called the main number listed here, but was sent to their national center, which wasn't that big of a deal and was pretty quick to set something up. Once arriving, the manager greeted us quickly and checked us in. The manager did ask if I had pucks to jack the car up, which at least showed me that they had some knowledge and experience with this kind of car. Provided the pucks just for peace of mind and everything went pretty seamless from there. All in all, i think it only took about 30 minutes as they didn't appear busy (went on a weekday at 11 AM). Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. The only somewhat con I would say is that I noticed they would lean the new tires against the car before placing it on. Not sure what the point of this was, but other than that, I can't complain. I'd come back here and recommend using these guys especially as they warranty the tire and it comes with free rotations.”

“A giant supermarket in white plains that has the A TO Z OF supermarket stuff at prices that you can handle. Large outdoor parking lot that is steps from entrance, aisles are many and shelves are well stocked , good deli , fish , meat , produce depths and place is organized and cleaned . Took my time going from aisle to aisle and really filled my shopping Cart to the limit .many open cashiers and dont forget to use your stop and shop card for maximum savings. I spent about 90 bucks and got plenty for my money and now my fridge and kitchen cabinets will look full again . Overall a very good supermarket in white plains where you will find everything you need.”
“Sept 2022, Ossining, NY, came here because my friend uses this pharmacy all the time and raves about how nice everyone is who works here, plus the Pharmacist Tullio G. Bruno is wonderful. I have to agree with my friend this place is wonderful. I came here for my 2nd Booster Shot only after making an appointment online. The store inside is immaculately clean, and they sell a little of everything you could use. I rather support the local community then go to the big chain store line CVS. All and all, please come here instead of the big chain stores and support this local pharmacy.”
