Best banking experience, ever. Staff is friendly, accommodating, professional, and efficient. The brand manager, Mary, helped me today and I cannot say enough good things about her. I'm so happy that I bank here and not with a big, commercial bank. I am so pleased with Bethpage!

Always a pleasant visit. No lines, I never recall a wait of a couple of minutes. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful. I prefer this much better than "big" bank branches.

Where are the cameras? Is this real? Yep, who knew. This bank location is truly amazing at servicing all customers and making them feel valued and beyond pleased with all their banking needs. Thank you Mary, the bank mgr who manages her team in a business friendly professional smart savvy way. If you dealt with these individual employees like, John or Anthony. Their at the top of their game with their business skills and knowledge. Great personalities all around. Switched my car ins from well known popular bank. I was paying $375 for my SUV and after switching to Bethpage Credit Union, my car note went down to $223.30. My payments weren't extended to make my payment lower. It was simple a better interest rate and a kind employee who advised me that I had good credit and to take my loan elsewhere to lower my payment. I told my bro who had been trying to get me to switch to Bethpage Credit Union in Mineola. Well, I switched same day. The former bank mgr wasn't pleased. I decided not to say it was his own employee who recommended I leave. It was the best advise. He didn't tell me where to go. But, go and go I did. This year I hope to pay off my car a year early than the orig due dateSo, happy for Mary at the Mineola branch and her staff. I've recommended family and friends to open an account specifically with the Mineola Bethpage Credit Union branch. 100% I got a call thanking me for the recommendation. The person experienced the difference and saw the benefit. Can't recommend other branches I've been too. But, this Mineola branch stands out as one of the best!

A credit union comprised of the least competent employers in the banking industry. Expect anything and everything that can go wrong to be screwed up including, but not limited to, increasing your auto loan rate from 3% to 18% without any warning because they sat on your vehicle title for 6 months without having themselves added as lien holder, incorrectly classifying principal only payments as ordinary payments to service interest, telling credit reporting agencies your late on a payment when in fact your 7 months ahead, emailing sensitive info such as SSN and account number in an unencrypted and non secure manor, etc.. If you're considering banking with Bethpage, you're better off going to the dentist for a root-canal. At least then you'd know it's only a few hours of discomfort inside of endless banking and financial issues without a feasible resolution.

Totally no longer recommend this place. Has horrible phone communications/ cusotmer communications and difficult to do business with since the Pandemic went into effect.

I recently joined this credit union online but had questions and planned to take money out so went to a location for the first time. Due to COVID you have to wait outside and the security guard, who was very polite and apologetic, let's you know when you can go in. The teller I had was Thomas and he was incredibly sweet and helpful. I had questions about the accounts I opened, needed checks and to move things around and he was so helpful and seemed so happy to help. Admittedly I had some really silly questions and he just laughed and answered them and didn't make me feel nearly as stupid as I thought I'd come off. I left there with all my questions answered and everything I needed and so quickly! It was a great first impression of working with this bank and I'm happy this branch is close to home.
