I was looking around for quotes to fix my car which I thought just had a small dent and some scratches, but the owner I believe throughly explained the issues to me and showed me the problem was more extensive that I thought.He then took his time to throughly explain the pricing for everything- the parts, labor charges, etc and what the issues were, and gave his honest opinion what he thought was worth fixing (since I would be paying out of pocket), and what was better to leave unless I could get insurance to cover.I really really appreciated his transparency and honesty, as the other auto body shops around the area just gave a ballpark figure without explaining what exactly they will do. He was about to close up shop, minutes away from it, with car parts in his hands from someone he was already working on, and could’ve turned me away easily.
