I was looking around for quotes to fix my car which I thought just had a small dent and some scratches, but the owner I believe throughly explained the issues to me and showed me the problem was more extensive that I thought.He then took his time to throughly explain the pricing for everything- the parts, labor charges, etc and what the issues were, and gave his honest opinion what he thought was worth fixing (since I would be paying out of pocket), and what was better to leave unless I could get insurance to cover.I really really appreciated his transparency and honesty, as the other auto body shops around the area just gave a ballpark figure without explaining what exactly they will do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair quote and honest practices.As a plus, as I decided to go and think about what I want to pay and fix for, I mentioned that it just sucks looking at the dent every time I drive, and they promptly fixed that for me at no charge!
