This was the worst experience I could have with getting a tuxedo out of state. Andrew was wildly inappropriate when working with me. He was rude over the phone and called me a liar.
My niece was getting married and my son needed a tuxedo. I thought we would rent from the same place as the wedding party. We had measurements from a seamstress AND a tuxedo rental place in Ca. Andrew actually spoke with the fella in Ca to make sure or the measurements. When I tried to follow through, the next morning, Andrew told me that they could not accept the measurements from with Lee the seamstress OR the tuxedo rental in Ca. I then rented from the place in Ca only to arrive in NY, the day prior to the wedding, to receive a phone call from Andrew saying that they had the rental for my son. When I told him we rented from Ca, because he told me he could not accommodate our needs, he started to yell at me and use obscene language.
This situation was a MESS! Andrew is extremely unprofessional and very Unhelpful. FO NOT rent from this place!

Ive dealt with custom suit and Tux companies for years. Ive never had such great service, quality and care from a place as I did with Bonaventure and its staff. I got a great TUX at a great price with quick service. I am sending all my groomsmen there for my wedding.

I was a groomsman in my cousins wedding Last week and he told us to get fitted at Bonaventure Tuxedo, the guys were amazing there. The Tuxedos all fit Perfect and we looked amazing. We were all so happy that we looked Great! I’m will for sure be coming back whenever I need a Tux or a Suit. Thanks so much.

Andy was pleasant at the beginning. But he is too non challant about timing then he calls all frantic saying he's busy and there is not enough time. One say he says he can't get suits any earlier then 3 days later they are ready 3 weeks before pickup.We agreed on black shoes for the rental and he gave brown shoes with the first pick up. Said "those shoes go with that suit". So feel the need to decide to change the color yourself doesn't make much sense. Lucky we caught it early.2 of my groomsmens suits were stained in multiple places and he did not take ownership of it. He in fact made my aunt cry in the store because he was saying her son stained the suit while bringing it home meanwhile they are wrapped in PLASTIC. 2 of the white shirts had black pen markings on them too.One of the suits had to be fully washed twice.He is a decent guy but definitely needs to organize himself and also leave his emotions at home and understand when there is an error with HIS product and HIS service to own up to it and not blame very HIGH paying customers.

I discovered Bonaventure after a retailer gave me an unwearable tux for my sister in laws wedding. Andrew took the time to meet with me last second, he let me try different options to see what looked and fit best and was patient with me as I am a little particular. I was in and out with a tux that day and looked sharp.Since then, I’ve rented two times and couldn’t be happier with the experience with Andrew and Bonaventure. When you are meeting with him, you know you are in the presence of an expert who’s interested in making sure you look your absolute best for the occasion.Avoid the big retailers for your tux needs. Andrew and Bonaventure is the only place to go!

Got married last week and my groomsmen, my dad, my father-in-law, the ring bearer, and I all got our tuxes from here. The customer service was fantastic from the day I first walked in to find out about different options and looks, all the way up until when we were all picking up our tuxes and Andrew was doing on-the-spot alterations for us. And on the big day, the tuxes looked great! We got lots of compliments--they fit so well a friend of mine actually thought they'd been custom-made!Bottom line: I'd use Bonaventure again in a heartbeat, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The owner was extremely helpful. First try fitted as though it was customed made.Overall experience was excellentI would recommend and use again.
