I had a great experience at CrossFit 516. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcomed when I dropped in over Thanksgiving. I would recommend CrossFit 516 to anyone interested in trying CrossFit for the first time, as well as to experienced athletes looking to elevate their performance to the next level!
