I've been going to CrossFit 516 for almost 11 years. Best coaches on Long Island. I've seen people at all levels get the exact workout that was right for them. Great people at the gym too.

CrossFit 516 is truly an amazing place. Coach Tyler runs a fantasist CrossFit gym! Coach Kim, Lucas, Domenica, and Rob constantly push you to be the best you can be. Coach Tina’s HITT class on Sunday’s should not be missed!

The staff and coaching is amazing, you always get a great workout in and I'm in the best shape i've been in in a long time. The members there are a good group and I've made plenty of friends throughout my time there. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new gym!

This gym has so many options. Whether you are looking for an organized class or you just want to have a gym to go lift weights in, this place is your answer. And the staff is nice. PERFECT GYM!

For the past 6 years, Crossfit516 has been a huge positive influence in my life. This gym has encouraged me to get off the couch and stay active. I remember getting bored and frustrated with normal gyms, they felt very lonely and discouraging. The coaches at Crossfit516 have always strived to be inclusive to everyone in the classes, and everyone in the gym is very friendly and encouraging to keep working harder. I would definitely recommend giving this gym a shot, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been coming here since May 2019. I’m 35, overweight, and don’t often feel athletic. But I trust the coaches here to scale workouts appropriately, and I do more every day I’m here than I thought I was capable of.

About 4 years ago I was looking for a gym and experience to not only help me get into physical shape - but you change my whole entire lifestyle. I can’t thank the wonderful staff at this gym over the years for their guidance and dedication into helping me not only becoming a healthy member of society - but also giving me tools to become a better person. Without this gym (coaches and members) I’m not sure what type of person I would be today
