The drive through window is so slow. I have been waiting half an hour with only 4 cars in front of me. Totally unacceptable!

Do they even pick up the phone? 20min on hold. I was just in the store there were like 6 people in the pharmacy department working! None can get the phone?

I'm giving it 2 stars because the drive through pick up is a very long wait. The tech at the drive thru window allows customers to sit and wait for their prescription to get ready instead of coming back when it's filled. It's not just once in a while it's all the time. The worker inside needs to direct customers to come back and that they can't wait for prescriptionsto be ready at the window!!

I'm not sure why the people who work in pharmacy are so rude. I've had to call a few times and while explaining myself I get cut off mid-sentence to ask my birthday and such. I just had to tell someone that if she gave me a chance to finish explaining before giving me the same response as they did yesterday when I called. This is poor customer service. Ya'll can do better at how you treat customers over the phone.

Hands down the worst CVS. Today was my second bad experience. The staff is always rude, they never have anything in stock. My daughter had a fever of 102 and they were out of all children’s Tylenol and Motrin even the off brand fever reducers. I asked a staff member for help and to see if she had anything in the back, maybe even something similar. She refused to check in the back was not helpful in any way. Go to Walgreens.

At 4:45pm on Saturday afternoon, my wife and I were in our car on line waiting to pick up a medication. After the car ahead of us picked up their medication(s) and pulled away, we pulled up to the window when suddenly the gate came down meaning we waited in line for nothing. This was completely unacceptable and offensive! Either keep the damn window open during regular hours or wait until the last car outside is serviced. If you’re too busy inside, then at least have the decency to have someone come outside and notify drivers that after a certain car, the window will be closed.

This store is horrible! The pharmacy never answers their phone! Was on hold for 3 hours listening to the robotic promos. Pharmacy just won't answer their phones. This CVS IN MINEOLA NEW YORK IS FILTHY, UNDERSTAFFED AND OUT OF STOCK ON MOST ITEMS THEY SELL!!!

Young girl with lashes, long straight hair and heavy makeup working in the pharmacy has a nasty attitude. I believe her name is Ariana. Avoid this location.

The technician requires more training, not professional. I used drive through to pick my daughter's meds yesterday. The technician at the window was way too slow, because there were only two cars in front of my car and I literally waited for 30 minutes on line. He calculated the due amount wrong. One dollar payment due he asked for three dollars twenty cents for some reason. He needs more training on math. Fortunately, he realized his mistake, returned the money but he dropped one quarter on the ground by mistake and did not apologize. My car door was too close to the window to open. So I was not able to pick it up. He worn his musk on his chin, looked so weird. Just wear it properly or take it off. You are representing CVS, not yourself.

Literally plastered all over the place are that they’re open 24 hours. This just in, out of the blue: they are not. This used to be my go-to CVS because they had good variety & a great selection for late-night runs. No more. There’s no appeal to come here anymore when their hours are completely ambiguous. A few days ago I saw they were closed around 11:15/11:30PM; empty parking lot, ALL lights off including exterior. I came by here again today at 10:15PM and see a woman go up to the entrance and the doors don’t open and there’s an employee locking doors & setting the alarm system. No, they don’t have new hours posted, nor did they take down the plethora of “24 hour” signs they have plastered everywhere. In the past couple minutes I’ve been here writing this review, I’ve seen *12* separate groups of people come here and be denied entry, then visibly upset. Half of them went to their competitor across the street, Walgreens. Perhaps because they were lied to? Maybe if they didn’t falsely advertise their hours, this would cause customers to waste their time! Just a thought. ?♀️How about take down your 24 hour signs first before you arbitrarily apply new hours to your store? It’s really a shame because now the Walgreens across the street is open later than them, which is kind of embarrassing. Can’t even update the hours on Google because there are no. new. signs.

This place just ruined my day :( My mom has an OTC card provided by her Medicare which can be used only in CVS or Walmart. This is the second time I am here trying to purchase with using the card and they don't know how to process it. The manager I think his name is sheeba (if I spelled it wrong he was not wearing a name tag) he had hard time processing the card the last time I was here but it was done, this time he just says "I can't do it it won't go thru". I told him maybe he can call other CVS to learn how to process it because no other place have problems and you did it last time I was here. He just says " I can't do it it won't process it it won't go through" I use this card to purchase some vitamins and feminine products for my mom I've never had a problem using it when I was living in Forest Hills, all the CVS in Queens specially in Flushing area CVS. Now that I live on Long Island this CVS is the closest one but thank God there are many other CVS around. Although I feel CVS prices are higher than some other drug stores and definitely higher than Walmart but I go here because the card is only good at CVS and Walmart and the CVS location is much convenient for me distance wise. The customer service that I received from Sheeba is horrible and I will be contacting the CVS corporate office. I'm not a happy person today!
