Love that it’s 24/7, but terrible beeping sound that hurts your ears every time someone walks through the door. Hasn’t been fixed for years.

Terrible customer service regarding photo services. Incompetent and rude ! CVS is a 82 billion dollar company and this company and their employees do not have the capability of printing a simple photo order that is time sensitive

Raven and Jake have beyond nasty attitudes. People come here to get medication because they’re sick. They don’t come for a social hour. And they definitely don’t need added stress from medical workers. Empathy is free. Shouldn’t work with sick patients if you don’t care.
MONICA is very kind and very empathetic and managed to make me feel better about getting such an attitude from the two workers previously named. Thank you Monica.

Typical pharmacy store with household goods. Prescription drugs in pharmacy.
Everything you would need for your medicine cabinet and daily needs. Prices are high for all pharmaceutical products. Cannot beat Amazon.

In the store everything was locked up and you needed an associate to unlock the product. Then you needed another associate to unlock the next one, etc !
All the associates are now helping customers in the store and there is no one at check out.
There is a lack of variety in the products. The prices are outrageous the service is disconnected.
I hate shopping there !

Girlfriend called and asked if she had time to pickup her script before their lunch, pharmacist confirms if she’s there before 1:30, she can. Girlfriend arrives, pharmacist had decided to go on break 10 minutes before her scheduled 1:30-2 lunch. Girlfriend rang the bell several times, and when finally answered (at 1:29) she told her she hadn’t been there for 10 minutes and used rude, explicit language when she was explained how long we had been waiting. Pharmacist deserves to be fired, you’re allowed to be unhappy, but transferring that burden to sick people trying to pickup their medicine is disgusting at best. Here’s an idea, don’t send through the confirmation before your lunch breaks so people don’t come to pickup their scripts in the early afternoon. Intelligence definitely lacking over in the pharmacy.

I’ve been coming to this CVS for a few years now, The pharmacy definitely does not have an “easy job” it can be high flow of clients, Drs or NPs putting in prescription's that might be slightly off or not “due to be filled” yet. As a health care professional myself, I just wanted to say that I appreciate their effort and kindness, there has been a few times where prescription issues “Not Related to them” have occurred and they went above and beyond to try to accommodate me in a courteous way. Just wanted to say thanks, to those that genuinely put there ❤️ into helping people. ?
