The RUDEST people I have encountered at a pharmacy! I’m a transplant patient so I have had plenty of experience!! transferred prescriptions to this pharmacy because we moved from the Houston area. I went inside to ask about a prescription that was out of stock. It is an important medication that I need…they said they only had a very small amount of pills. I asked them to fill it partially. As I stood there, three women talked about me while I was right there! One said, our order will be in later, why can’t she come back! I told them I lived 25 miles away and I would preferto have a partial. I got in my car and called the Lindale location. They had all pills in stock. The pharmacist could see all of my prescriptions were ready at Mineola. I drove back up to the window and was told it wasn't ready. I asked for a manager and the pharmacist said it just became available. I came from Houston to East Texas to get away from behavior like that. Needless to say, I switched to Lindale, Tx location.

I've been going to this cvs over 8 yrs. And they are like my family! Everyone there will help u anytime u need them, they r the best! Always with a smile! Best CVS!!

The people working at the pharmacy are so disgusting. They have no idea how to communicate with others. I had a bad experience yesterday when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. I called the pharmacy today to asked a question and she kept cutting me off. Nasty attitude and very dismissive. No matter how the day is going, having a positive attitude is essential while interacting with the public. I would never return to this place.

I recently had a disappointing experience with CVS’s same-day pickup service for pictures. I placed an order at 11 a.m. for a 1 p.m. pickup, but never received a confirmation. Despite calling the pharmacy three times between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., no one answered. Upon visiting at 6 p.m., I discovered that the order was listed as printed but not found due to a broken printer. I transferred the order to another CVS the next day and picked it up successfully. Shockingly, 24 hours later, I received an automated call saying my order was ready for pickup. This frustrating ordeal highlighted issues with their tracking system and customer service. Improvement in these areas is much needed.

Fantastic store. Manager Jay and front lady Silvana are beautiful people. Jay has personell staffing and keeping store neat and organized and Silvana running up front registers and stops you as you as you arrive to offer any assistance locating items you're looking for. Pharmacy also couldn't be any better. Extremely patient, always has medications ready before I run out, they were even kind enough to allow me to use the employee only restroom once in an emergency tinkle. ?

This review is strictly for the pharmacy team.Completely unacceptable the fact that you dealing with a wide population range from young adults to elderly people, picking up prescriptions, and one of the responses from one of your team members is “worry about yourself”, when a customer stated to them to please put a mask on while coughing profusely.Excellent practice of common sense, self hygiene (coughing in your hands and handling rx and the computer), pretending a little hand sanitizer solves everything, and superb show of caring for your customers.

Stood here like a spare prick ringing a bell for assistance to get only a pack of cough drops for several minutes, and NOBODY came to assist. When I complained to a worker at front of house, there was not even an attempt at an apology. They’ll be in the same place as RIte Aid if they keep it up. Sad.

Terrible Experience, Unprofessional EnvironmentI had an extremely unpleasant visit to this CVS Pharmacy location. The lines were incredibly long, which was frustrating enough, but what made matters worse was witnessing a staff member and a customer get into a heated argument right in front of an already impatient line of customers.There was no attempt from management to de-escalate the situation, leaving the rest of us customers uncomfortable and held up from getting on with our day. This unprofessional behavior is not something you expect in a store that should prioritize customer service and efficiency. I was deeply disappointed with how the situation was handled, contributing further to an already tedious wait. I hope to see significant improvements in my future visits.

These people are thieves! They know that their self checkout machines dont work and freeze but they still dont get them fixed. On 9/10/23 around 3:50 pm I used one of their machines to buy over 100$ worth of stuff. I know the payment went through and my card was charged. Cvs employee forced me to repay for all of the items and insisted that the payment didn’t go through even though the transaction did go through. I have not received a refund on my card till date and no one is able to help. These people are thieves.

Prescription Department is overworked, overwhelmed and understaffed. Prescription line can often have awful wait times. Front pay area is usually understaffed and push customers to self pay. Strong selection of quick pickup items. Store is open 24/7. Prices on sale are good. Otherwise, prices high compared to other local stores. But, you pay for connivence.

Nice store, does have self checkout and occasionally there is a CVS staff member for manual checkout. Good selection of products. Best shopping with coupons.

I switched from my more-local CVS to this one because I had so many issues with my local one. This one was great--for about a year; then it started to go downhill. First, the drive-thru is often closed and when it is open, there is usually a 25-60 minute wait. I've had some excellent pharmacy assistants at the window there, but I've also had some horrible ones in the store. The biggest problem, though, is that when we go to pick-up our prescriptions, they can't find them! Every. single. time. They say, "Oh, yes, I can see that it's filled but we can't find it." It doesn't matter which medication it is or who it is for in our household, they lose it! They then spend 20 minutes looking for it until they find it or they refill it quickly while I--and the customers behind me--wait. Even my doctor said that CVS as a whole is going downhill, and she recommended that I switch to a different pharmacy. This store definitely does not instill confidence!!
