Basically I brought them a brand new ram Trx launch edition (no miles at the time). (The dealer used rocks to clean the car upon receipt. I’ll admit this. But upon their work they said $999 they’ll do a ceramic coat and clean it up. Well yeah they did a ceramic coat and I paid for it. Upon picking it up I was like why would you ceramic coat without even a single stage and Eddie goes this is what you paid for. Well yeah I guess? But why would I want a $1000 top coat applied to the $115k vehicle I just brought him with out finishing out the little details? Regardless we worked it out I guess? I paid $1499 for a full detail okay? Well after that detail they supposedly re applied the ceramic. Well let’s just say said ceramic lasted roughly 6 months and every time it rained I had a ton of “white” residue in all the jams from said finish dimishing. If you want a lasting coat on an “Indoor” vehicle then this is the place, if you want to drive your vehicle don’t go here.

The absolute worst experience. Eddie is a pompous business owner with a very bad attitude. He overpriced and does mediocre work. Even guys like Salamone who have been throwing money at him for years use different people now. Ask Eddie anything about the process or god forbid you ask him about his pricing, and you’ll see his round face get red and he gets super defensive and aggressive.I’d be willing to bet he gets super defensive and even dismissive about this review.Honestly, DD is nothing short of overpriced for mediocre to sub-par work. If you’re rich and don’t know any better, this is your place.

Just used them again. I’ve been a customer since 2008 and only they can do what I want, the way I like it. I can’t say enough about the good people there and the great job they do. I use them for repair; wrap; rims; electronics … you name it. Bryan salamone

What more can i say than Detailing Dynamics is nothing short than amazing! I've heard going here you will get the best of the best treatment and they certainly delivered. Matt was a pleasure to work with. I had paint protective film installed and a ceramic coating applied to my tesla model 3. DD is the best in the business. I did a ton of research trying to find the best shop in the tristate area and it led me here. I have been using them for years and have had them do full ppf, ceramic coating, paint restoration, and window tinting on 3 vehicles. The work is truly amazing. I’ve been taking my classic cars here since 2016 when I first stumbled into Matt and Eddie through word of mouth. Now I don’t take my cars anywhere else because very few places these days will take care of your expensive car like a museum piece. Definitely on the pricey end but you get what you pay for and that’s why my cars always win best in show. I even prefer to take my car here for some mechanical projects also because Frank has amazing mechanic skills. Better than any mechanic at your local exotic car dealership that is for sure.Services: Full body wash
