This will be the last time I use Enterprise. They gave me a rental that reeks of cigarette smoke. Disgusting. One week later and smell is still present. This happened after I called the Manager, Prince, before this rental and asked him to personally assure me that the car would be to my satisfaction after I highlighted a prior poor incident with same location where car was filthy and had a big 1/2 inch deep cigarette burn in driver seat. I called immediately and exchanged car. He personally assured me this car would be fine. It is not. It also has noticeable body and paint damage. I am writing this review because I called three times to discuss and was on hold for longer than is acceptable. I am not gonna call again.

Our car rental experience with Enterprise in Mineola was excellent. Customer service, professional, knowledgeable all top notch. We had to rent a full size suv and the representatives assisted in the inner measurements as we had to transport specific furniture to family. My husband did the driving and he really liked the feel of the vehicle. They even called to see how the ride is going. I’ve been an Enterprise member for years and will continue to do so because of their excellent customer service culture. Thank you Enterprise!

We have been using Enterprise for years throughout the country and have always been very satisfied with the cars and services. Our recent experience at the Mineola NY location was even more impressive as the team was friendly and helpful and Ryan McC went above and beyond in helping us and answering the questions we had. Terrible customer service. I needed to rent a car for insurances reasons. Called three days in advance and was told I would have a car ready. Waited over an hour when I arrived at the time they open only to be told that their system is not up to date with what they have in stock and I need to pay extra bc they could not provide what I was promised. Then I was told I would get a call when a cheaper car was in stock. Never got any response despite my calling every day. Scam.

I needed a rental when my car was hit by another vehicle. Enterprise has an office just across the street from my office, very convenient. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the staff was professional and polite. Great job team!

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car several times and have always been satisfied with their service. Recently, after a car accident, I needed a rental car covered by my insurance, and once again, Enterprise did not disappoint. The agent I worked with, MD, was extremely helpful and accommodating.
When I first arrived, the car I wanted was not available on the premises. However, I was able to rent a different car for one night and then exchange it the next day for a vehicle that better suited my needs. MD went above and beyond by thoroughly going over the car with me, showing me everything and how it worked. He even let me borrow a wire to charge my cell phone. Whenever I had questions, I found that the agents at Enterprise were always available by phone, ensuring I received prompt and helpful responses, even when MD was not available.
The cars I rented were in excellent condition—nice and clean, which added to the positive experience.
Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 4.5 out of 5. The service was excellent, but there are a few areas for improvement. It would be beneficial if the agents went over the rental agreement in person rather than just emailing it. Additionally, receiving reminders that the agreement is due to expire and updates about any changes would be very helpful, especially since I needed the car longer than initially planned. Also, the opening hours of this particular location could be better, as they closed early on Saturdays and were closed on Sundays.
Despite these minor issues, MD was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating, contributing to a very positive experience with Enterprise. I will likely use their services again in the future if needed.

Wanted to give a shout out to Matt, who went above and beyond to accommodate what I needed. I wasn’t satisfied with a car that I picked up at a different location, he was able to accommodate me and swap cars for me. Not only that, but they brought it to my house and picked up the old one. This was all done within a matter of a few hrs. Thank you!! I greatly appreciate it.

This people is terrible, super annoying and not professional. All this people working there are mean and stupid. I was rent car in Linderhurst 4 months a go and they was soo nice and easy people, but the enterprise in Mineola is the worse I was see in my life. A lot problems for pay with debit card, and ridiculous rules I see in my life. Don’t go there, super bad experience never I have.

Another exceptional service from Enterprise over In mineola my brand new truck was in the shop both MD and Chris helped me out to get a vehicle with exact value and provided with great service. I had a small issue with a new Audi they had there and they immediately had it taken care of and compensated for. When renting a car it’s always important to be in the hands of people who care.

I love this place , easy 123 I go in there . They take care of me and I'm on my way . They don't force me to add on things or services I don't need . They just ask me one time, which I love . The branch manager is really professional and the whole team. PS they didn't even ask me to do this but I know it could help someone else looking for a rental .
