Excellent service. I called and they were able to accommodate me on short notice. Ryan is very patient and courteous. We ended up extending the rental a few days longer since the Autobody shop needed more time to complete the repairs. This was not an issue.Great staff at this location. Everything was explained thoroughly. our Nissan Altima came equipped with a remote start. The check in and out process are quick.Highly recommended.

The Staff at the Jericho Turnpike location in Mineola are always mindful of what your needs and expectations during your rental period. There response to any issues is prompt and considerate. They have a great time at Jericho/Mineola, and great leadership.

Excellent service. I tried getting an economic car because the insurance pays $30 a day. I tried several enterprises In Nassau County, but all kept turning me down, and some wasn’t nice. This is the best enterprise in Nassau County. Ryan and the whole crew took care of my needs. I really appreciate the way they treated me and my husband. Thank you so much Ryan and Mineola enterprise. Brandel and Brianna were amazing! They were courteous, understanding and kind. I was able to exchange my car twice.I recommend this location. They also had a great selection! The suburu outback was great!

I went to this location after à long time serching for an economic car, all the other entreprIse locations was not really nice with me because I was asking for an economic car .At this location, Rayan McComb, a very nice gentleman, helped me and found a car for me that fit my budget. He was always SMILING and helpful. He didn't judge me because I was looking for an inexpensive car.I want to say thank you, Rayan . All this makes me feel that in this world still exists good people.

I must say that people who work behind the counter cannot be helpful enough to answer all of your questions.Usually renting a car at other rental services is nothing but an interrogation moment yes I'm looking at you South West Coast of Florida.We'll go out of my way to use this location in the future

Very happy with the Enterprise on Jericho Trpk. Our car that we rented in WV sustained some damage to the heat shielding during our drive to NY. The car was swapped out with no issues/ problems and done very quickly. Thank you! A++++ service

I live in Brooklyn and have been traveling to this location to rent cars for years. That alone should tell you how much I enjoy coming to this location. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The customer service here is top notch!! They are always kind and courteous. The cleanliness and upkeep of their cars is great! I stopped renting from Brooklyn locations because none of them compare to the all around service displayed at this location. Whenever I ask for an upgrade they often give me a great deal. I will never stop renting from this location whenever I need a car locally.

Our Mineola business has used this Enterprises location many times through the years for our rental needs. We have always been happy which is why we continue to do so. I needed to give a special shout today to Joey and his Manager Matt who truly went above and beyond to help locate the specific van we needed to transport our work. They could not have been more courteous and accommodating. I truly appreciate all your help and would definitely recommend this company and especially this particular location. KUDOS Gentlemen!!!!
