We've been with Harbor for almost a year now and are really grateful for the teachers, assistants and staff. Running a daycare especially during this time hasn't been easy but the staff does a good job of keeping parents informed and connected. The programs they host (holidays, staff appreciation, month of the young child) keep the families and kids engaged and excited to go back to school. Every day the staff greets the kids with the warmest welcomes and at pick-up our son is so happy.

Harbor has been an incredible daycare center for my child! My son has been at Harbor since he was about 10 months old. All of the staff members I’ve worked with are loving, caring, and attentive. My son had amazing teachers to start in the infant class (Ms. Etna and Ms. Jennifer) and then moved on to the toddler class with Ms. Arisbeth, Ms. Julie, Ms. Sharon, and Ms. Danasia. My son LOVED his teachers and classmates so much. He misses them so much now that we are off for summer break. I felt that my son was always safe, having fun, and was immensely cared for. Harbor will always hold a special place in our hearts!

The Ladybugs class is my saving grace; there is no one better than Miss Karina, Miss Dayana and Miss Natasha. My hope is that all the teachers move up as my child moves up! AndThe love, care, support and enthusiasm is unsurpassed. Music, art, gym, storytime, activities…the list goes on and on.So happy we are a part of the Ladybugs at Harbor Childcare.

Over the last seven years, my children have attended Harbor Child Care - Willis Ave. As our time at Harbor winds to a close, I would like to share my gratitude for the staff and administrators' genuine kindness, hard work, and dedication to my children's safety and well being. When dropping my kids off, I have always felt 100% confident that the kids would have a great day and that they would be in excellent hands.

I'm not a kind of person to leave a review of the place that I go but for this in particular I believe to need to speak up. I gave 1 star because it doesn't give the option to rate 0. I'm going to share my opinion and my own experience about the PreK PROGRAM associate with School District. Moms out there if you think your child is different or he/she needs special attention( No AUSTIM) , just different....Do not let them to put your child in this place. My son was discriminated, rejected and treated different from others. The program started 9am to 3pm, then cut them 12pm and 11am Totally CRAZY..!! Honestly, when you see your child suffering, crying every day and questioning WHY, "I WANT TO STAY SCHOOL", Really made my heart broke. Nobody( moms) deserves to deal with this situation. The worst part, NO ONE contacted me to ask me why I removed my son from the Program.. That means Nobody cares o probably they know what they did and they feel glad that my son is not coming anymore.Very Sad and disappointment.

I've called and left several messages for the director of this facility to schedule a tour and never received a call. I followed up multiple times & no call back.No communication. Red flag

THE BEST!! My 8 month old has been attending Harbor on Willis Ave for 5 months now and my husband & I could not be happier. As first time parents, leaving my 4 month old child was such an emotional and stressful decision. From our first interaction with the teachers and administration, we immediately felt more comfortable. The teachers are fantastic and have seemingly become our extended family. Ms. Renee & Ms. Marilou are always updating me on my sons progress, and genuinely care for him. Communication is excellent. All updates are posted to their app and I’m in constant communication with his teachers. Drop off and pick up is a breeze, I’m always greeted with a big smile. Since joining, my son has been much more social, happy and easy going. I have never felt unsafe or worried bringing my son to Harbor. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Harbor Child Care. They give my son the best care, and ease all my “mom-guilt” for being a working mother. Thank you!!

We all are so happy with Harbor Child Care! My son had a nanny for the 1st 4years of life and it was important for him to be home for my husband and I. With covid, we had issues finding a new nanny and was forced to find full time care. Someone we knew said they loved Harbor and we gave it a chance! I cried on the the 1st day and my son NEVER looked back! It was the BEST thing for his education! He came home within the 1st month as a 4year old and said "Mommy, do you know the difference between and author and an illustrator? WHAT! This was amazing! Now at the end of year... he is starting to read words. He will go to kindergarten in the fall with a great start! Thank you Harbor for all that you have done! We will MISS you! Your #1 Fan! Lauren

My daughter has attended Harbor Child Care -Willis Ave since she was an infant and now into pre-k. The teachers and staff are extremely hands on and really work hard to ensure the kids have a wonderful experience. My daughter is always excited to see her friends and teachers and continues to excel in her class. Highly recommend.

We love harbor daycare! It used to be such a struggle getting him to another private home daycare. We were lucky to get a spot after the pandemic last year. He made so many good friends and would come home saying how much he loves Miss Jenny and Miss Natasha. If you ask him which he likes more, home or school? He will tell you home and school. I also love the harbor administration team. They are one email or call away whenever i have any concern. He is going to preK soon. Im kind of nervous because its another change of environment. Will update more when it comes. But so far i only have positive to share.

WE LOVE HARBOR CHILD CARE!!! We have had both of our boys in Harbor since there were only months old going from the infant rooms all the way up through the pre-k programs. The teachers and administration are always so responsive and friendly and accommodating. There is no greater trust than leaving your kids with someone and knowing they are safe, cared for and nurtured and harbor has done that for our family for the last 7+ years. Our soon to be kindergartener is well prepared and passed his Kindergarten assessment with flying colors due to the work Miss Nikki and the rest of the staff has done there and our soon to be second grader still talks about his experiences there with Miss Nikki, Miss Brenda and others - it's really is a family atmosphere. With the recent covid protocols we were kept well informed by the administration and on-site school nurse - the kids were safe and happy and we were so thankful to have a place to send them. We looked at many daycares years ago and harbor was by far the best.

My daughter absolutely loves attending daycare at Harbor. Every time we walk in the room, she starts jumping out of my arms because she is so excited to be there. Her teachers are attentive and (appropriately) affectionate. The families of her classmates are so sweet. And the administration is organized and easy to work with. Five stars aren't enough!

My daughter has attended Harbor Willis since she was 16 weeks. I am currently expecting and the baby will be attending as well. We've had a wonderful experience here, the teachers are so caring. They've taught her so much and helped her learn so much! My daughter looks forward to attending everyday!

we made a appointment for the tour with their director and arrangement the firm personal leave for Tuesday. 10 minutes before the tour they inform us the tour is canceled by the director because of certain personal reason. it's really not professional. Who gonna compensate us that day’s salary? Then they arrange us for another tour but we are late because we went to the wrong floor of the building. JAfter we got the right floor they inform me and baby you need to wait for 1 hour for the tour. If it is good day care who will ask a baby waiting in the reception area for 1 hour.

Harbor Child Care at Willis Ave is amazing. My oldest son started at Harbor when he was 12 weeks old and he is now 4 years old and my younger son started when he was 12 weeks old and is now 2 1/2. They have both developed and grown academically and socially so much in their time at school. The teachers and staff work with us for any special needs that may arise and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Harbor for infant, toddler or pre-k!
