“This store is a complete mess but there’s always that one employee that goes above and beyond. This was our first time at Lowe’s, we were about to walk out and leave all of our purchase at the store since we couldn’t get wood cut. Adam saw we were struggling and lended a helping hand to cut the wood BY HAND. AMAZING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT ANYWHERE! “Reminds me of the old fashioned hardware stores my father used to take me to on weekends when he'd be doing chores. I needed an obscure nut for a very old bolt on an old house. The guy there couldn't find it among the racks and could've easily said they don't have it, but instead he asked if I had a few minutes to wait and then disappeared into the basement I think. Came back about 10 minutes later with a whole box of them so I could see which one fit the best. They just don't do things like that anymore in this high speed Amazon world. He went the extra distance for me and I'll always give a shout out to excellent service.”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”
“First off, as I started to walk through the store the staff greeted us asked if we needed help with anything. Then we headed for the door section and we met Ebony. She was top notch, very professional. Her engagement skills were on 1000 !! Very knowledgeable, diligent & full of helpful suggestions. She walked my sister & I through the process of getting a new door. So thankful that she helped us ! Thank You Ebony !! Abdul was also very pleasant in the door area !! You have the right people in the right place !!”
