*Edited: I called today and found that that the owner was out of state for an extended period due to a family situation. He's back now and I will be seeing them for service this week.

Had electrical problems with my Mercedes that required a bit of troubleshooting and programming. I am located near Albany and mailed my parts down. They were thorough, plus the customer service and pricing were unbeatable! I would have spent thousands at a dealer. Highly HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future if I have any similar issues.

Anthony is Amazing and very knowledgeable with German & Foreign .3 Volkswagen dealerships , had my car for 3 months . And couldn't find the problem..Anthony had my Jetta running within 2 hours of it being delivered to his shop .

Anthony is freakin awesome. My2016 S6 was having problems with the ECU so I got a used one and he cloned it for me and provided extra info for me that was super helpful. He was great with communication and so far I have zero issues with anything. The service was done and shipped out the same day. It was all plug and play and I cannot be happier. Thanks again Anthony you're awesome.I'll be sharing your service with others and directing them to you!

I sent Premier auto care a cluster for a bmw to repair. He said he got into a motorcycle accident and can't do it?? But he won't do the right thing and send it back to me. Really unprofessional.

Anthony reset and fixed my Porsche Turbo LiPo car battery BCM. Saving me from a trip to the dealer, a few thousand on a new battery and not having my car for 2 months. These guys are absolute pros! I'm blown away by Premier 75. I could not find ANYONE to make a key for my 2016 Porsche Macan besides the dealer. The keys were on backorder and a few weeks out. I had no keys for the car, so only sent in the BCM. They got the package Friday at noon and had finished the keys and printed a shipping label to send it back to me by 2pm! Super impressed and it goes to show what an expert these guys are. I got the keys and BCM back today (Monday) and car started right up, everything works. Thank you!! A++Services: Electrical repair
