Not your typical personal trainers that you’ll see at many gyms. Brandon and Eric cultivated a fun and comfortable environment to work out in. Unlike other trainers that are distracted on their phones or staring down women, they take the time to get involved in your workout. Their facility is very clean with good people and good music. Most importantly they have the tools and knowledge to help your body get the best results possible.

I love coming here to train. I've lost a lot of weight, increased my strength substantially, and solved many of my lower back issues. Brandon and Eric helped me learn how to lift correctly and efficiently, which extends to what I do at work. There were mornings I couldn't get out of bed due to back pain from lifting incorrectly at work, and that seems to be a thing of the past now. The trainers are great, and the people who come here are very welcoming.

I’ve been training at RSP for over 6 months now, and I can say with 100% confidence it has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. This isn’t just a cookie cutter gym - you are putting your training in the hands of two expert and professional level coaches (Brandon and Eric). Whatever your goals may be they will be able to guide you with a level precision that you simply won’t get anywhere else. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in taking their physical fitness seriously.

Starting my lifting journey at Relentless Strength and Performance was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Coming in with minimal lifting experience, having the coaches at relentless design my workouts around my fitness goals made things so much easier for me. They also took great care in making sure I was doing all the exercises correctly so I could reap the maximum benefit from the workouts without any risk of injury. I’ve only been training with brandon and Eric for about four months and I already see a huge difference in physique and overall strength. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to step up their physical fitness.

I have been fitness focused for years and went to a commercial gym regularly, but I felt like I was falling into the same routine and I wasn't growing or improving. I was looking for something more, so I decided to try a private gym. Joining Relentless Strength and Performance is the best decision I have made in regards to my health.

Can't recommend this facility enough. A physical therapy private practice owner, I suggested that my elderly father train with Eric and Brandon after their names kept coming up among colleagues I trust. My father has an extensive medical and orthopedic history and Eric and Brandon managed his case with great compassion and skill. Relentless has created an incredible community that embraces a diverse population interested in health and fitness. I have access to a wide range of competent professionals and Relentless is where I tell family members to go.

Strongmen, powerlifters, athletes, or just about anyone looking to be the absolute best you can be... Relentless is the place to be. It's worth the 40 minute commute from my home in Massapequa. Brandon and Eric mean business, these two guys tailor your personal programming and get your asses in gear. Truly changed my life and strongman career.

I started working out with Brandon about a year after I had fractured 2 vertebrae (L1 & L2) in a fire dept related slip and fall accident. Physical therapy could only take me so far before I was considered to be "plateaued" with my recovery. Yet I still ached and did not feel like I did prior to the incident.
