Great neighborhood bar. Walking distance, good beer, great bar tenders. Great happy hour! Big enough to see different faces yet small enough to make friends.

We live very close to this bar and have been wanting to stop by and finally made it today during the mineola Street fair. Cute little bar that's convenient to have up the street. It has an electronic dart board that I think costs $1. They also have a small foosball table. They advertise that they have many beers but it seems to be your pretty standard selection. Only 4 on tap, the rest are bottles. They also seem to have a small kitchen with a small menu that seems pretty decent considering. Will be back to check it out again on a regular day when we have more time to stay.

Tiny, hidden bar off of Jericho Turnpike. Predominated by the young local Portuguese that have made Mineola home. Plenty of selections on tap and in bottles. Bar staff are friendly and social. The joint is very dark and dimly lit at night. Bathrooms are kept tidy (a plus). Not great if you're rolling in with a large crowd as it has limited seating. Electronic darts, espresso, four tvs to enjoy. Everyone will at least give you a hello and goodbye if not try to engage you in more discussions. A friendly neighborhood bar.
