Takes for ever for a check deposit in drive thru. Never use driv thru. Better go in the branch.

Always super slow here. If one person is in front of you expect at least a 10 minute wait. (I haven’t only been here once I use them frequently for convenience of location) I try my best to use any other TD bank. On top of that the girl Nancy will always make you do half the work for her (like looking up all of my information myself , but when I put my debit card in my whole account comes up on her screen but I have to basically turn the front counter into a little work station for a small $400 cash deposit…). Some people don’t want to do the work that they are getting paid to do and it’s unfortunate.

This bank is the worst. The ATM machine never works. They only have one. What a disgraceful branch. A disaster. Don't waste your time.

The service here is typically good however it’s horrible when I use the drive thru and the black lady services me with a horrible attitude and my receipts and cash tends to blow away due to her negligenc and not properly placing items in an envelope or secured.

They are really slow ?...
I can only go in if I have enough time to wait. Since they are so slow, there's always long line. (Unless you go when they just opened... I tried.....)
Also, are they training people? Manager seems to be the only one who knows things around here... they always stop to get her confirmation.
I have different bank accounts other than TD and I've never experienced such a wait.

Sine TD banks follow the same model from branch to branch, the reviews will prettty much stay the same. I like the model that TD bank follows. Their branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the TD branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. This is very refreshing these days a many places are going with more and more automation to eliminate the branch banker. We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I use two branches, Mineola (my home Village) and one is Westbury on Brush Hollow Rd. Both are centrally located in very convenient spots. I suggest you stop by a TD Bank Branch if you're shopping for a bank. KUDOs to the Teams at TD Bank.

Inconsistent service at this branch at best. There's usually only 1 well trained person, and they end up running around servicing multiple calls while you are waiting. Desk staff needs more training to handle unique transactions. Many other better banking options exist - skip this TD Bank unless you feel like wasting valuable time.

Whenever I stop by this bank for all the transactions I easily make in another TD bank, the manager comes and causes problems.
