I got a nail in my tire yesterday. I came in and they quickly fixed it, and the price was very reasonable. Today, I got two more nails in another tire. They again quickly fixed it and did not charge me the second time. Great place for a car repair.

Changed my brake pads on my 2018 Lexus RX350 and since they have so many electronics in cars now, of course I got a brake error code. I called Tilden, they got me in immediately, and had my issue fixed in less than 2 hours. They're super friendly too, especially the front desk girl. Highly, highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys!!!

Tilden is the best. I brought my vehicle there on two separate occasions, and both times they were able to accommodate me the same day, in and out. Honest, fair rates, and super helpful.

Refreshingly honest mechanic. Took it in for an oil change and to look at a few small things I was worried about. They easily could have charged me to replace them. Instead they told me I had a few more months, and that while they'd be happy to do it for me, it would be cheaper and easier to do myself. They'll definitely be my first stop from now on whenever I need my car looked at.

I recently took my vehicle to Tilden For Brakes Car Care Center to diagnose a noise. The staff informed me that the issue was due to low-quality brakes and recommended replacing them with higher-quality ones. Trusting their expertise, I paid for the premium brake replacement.
However, after the service, I discovered that the brakes they installed were the same as the original ones!
Despite paying for higher-quality parts, the noise issue remained unresolved. This experience left me feeling deceived and frustrated.
I cannot recommend Tilden For Brakes Car Care based on this encounter. It’s essential for a business to be honest and transparent with their customers, and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

I wad stuck and I had noticed the repair shop sign . Gave a call. They extended above and beyond help. I live out east. They made sure I was good to go. I made it home safely came back the next morning. So that they can find and fix my truck.

Purchased battery from Costco. Been going to Tilden for over 20 years. Now new owner… Today was changed $47.50 + tax & credit card fee = over $53….To install said battery. New owner doesn’t like the idea me being “my own parts.” Since when is battery a part? And the shop does not sell batteries. Always gave Tilden 5 stars, until today.Service: Battery

These guys are straight forward and guarantee their work. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the mechanic's diagnosis and work are on point.

Good mechanics and very skilled but will add extra cost like $30 Test Drive after a $60 tire rotation but they did figure out why it was pulling to the right. Also they charged $95 for 1 hour labor to diagnose brakes. It was for "removing parts" - I can remove a wheel and check brakes in less than 20 mins without the fancy equipment but they did figure out the wrong part was installed. What a rip though... Go elsewhere unless another mechanic can't figure it out... Heard they got a new owner... Guess he nickels and dimes... Not a fan.
