My girlfriend’s tires were causing concern, and I found Barnwell from the many positive reviews across the internet. When calling the shop, Brian informed me that I could come in without an appointment, but I would be waiting up to an hour due to the busy schedule. After hanging up and considering other options, Brian called me back and said that I should come in just to be sure of any possible issues, and that they would take care of any and all concerns. The entire at-shop experience was great. During the repairs, my girlfriend and I sat in the waiting room and had coffee, free of charge. After the repairs, which took less than an hour, Brian gave an honest assessment of the issues with fair pricing. I will definitely be returning to Barnwell for all tire concerns!
