“I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.”

“I’ve been to a lot of post offices and most of the time I’ve had negative experiences. This was my second time going to the nedrow location and it truly is a gem. The man there was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was rushed or stupid, it truly was a really pleasant experience and I look forward to making this my regular post office.”

“Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!”

They are always friendly, always efficient, And have caught things for me, Like if something is supposed to go to my PO Box, but it's addressed to my street address. They really are great!!! “The staff here is friendly and helpful! I had a package that needed to be delivered before a certain date as it contained important information. Unfortunately it was mis-shipped but they took the time to help me track it down even though I don't live around the area! Would recommend their services/help!”

“I have to give the biggest shoutout to Eric and Steven at USPS, they are the best. I was working on a nationwide marketing mail-out project and went to this post office four days in a row. There was so much tracking and organization involved, and I honestly wasn’t very familiar with the USPS process at the time.
Eric helped me every single day, walking me through everything step by step, and Steven jumped in whenever Eric was with other customers. They worked seamlessly together, keeping things moving so efficiently that there was never even a line. I never once felt overwhelmed because they made everything clear, manageable, and stress-free.
