I hate to leave a bad review but I am so annoyed and upset. I do not live in the area and I am here because my mother is sick and in the hospital. Being winter I can not run on the roads, it has been snowing here and it is icy outside. Looking for a local gym where I can just get a run in, I call and inquire about this place. $5.00 for a day pass,OK so I head over. When getting there I can not connect to the wi-fi, I go upstairs ask for the wi-fi password-we do not give that out? (This is a GYM, why on earth would you run a gym without accessible wi-fi) then they proceed to tell me most people connect outside before they come in. So I attempt that in 30 degree weather, because my coat and items are downstairs as I attempted to use the facility. Walking around in the freezing cold, unsuccessful. Needless to say I completely wasted my time and did not get a work out in. Staff was not even apologetic. Very frustrating. Would never go again and would never suggest to anyone.

8-5 hours Monday through Friday hours? Unreasonable hours for any working person or youth to use the facilities. No weekend hours?
