“Had a great experience my first time there. The owner is very nice and helpful. I needed super worms but her card machine was down, and she didn’t have change. Instead of turning me away she gave me the worms so our bearded dragon didn’t have to go without. We need more people like her in the world who look out for others and not just themselves. Thank you again and I’ll be back for sure.”
“1/20/2026 Stopped by the Herkimer Tractor Supply bldg this afternoon and I have to tell you, the minute you walk in the front door someone at the cash register will immediately welcome you to the store! EVERY TYME I HAVE ENTERED THIS STORE THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A FRIENDLY HELLO FROM AN EMPLOYEE! I got to say.. this simple act of friendliness stands out to me..they make you feel welcome….and it makes you want to keep returning.. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable!
