We had ‘difficulty’ or an ‘issue’ with a package that I sent to my 84YO mother.
Josie (at the Mohawk Post Office) was more than kind. She is was extremely customer oriented and handled the issue with utmost professionalism. She is a great person and state employee. Thank you so much.

The clerks lack of knowledge about what she had done with my package & where it was, was very limited & frustrating!
