By far, the best chimney company in Northern Westchester! I have used them for small duct cleaning jobs, and for major chimney work....every time I couldn't be more pleased. Elder and his friendly crew are thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and neat. And Eirene takes good care of you at all times. Work is top notch, professional, and pricing reasonable. Highly recommend Absolute Chimney Service!!!

Have used them a couple of times already. Responsive, honest and knowledgeable. Ask them any questions you have regarding your chimney when they come to clean it and they'll help out best they can.

Absolute Chimney did excellent work on my chimney. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. They offered a fair quote and were very thorough in explaining the work and options. I especially appreciated the work they took in finding the right parts as my chimney is really old. I am fully satisfied with their work and will use Absolute Chimney again. Highly recommended!

Great job! I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Had a wonderful contact with Irene who took care of scheduling and adjusting our schedule because of an illness in our family. Three professionals arrived at the designated time, assessed the chimney and wood burning stove, were able to access the chimney from the roof and from the wood burning stove. The head cleaner was able to answer all my questions about my chimney and stoves about maintenance and cleaning. Kept the area spotless and clean and completed everything in a short amount of time. Would recommend!

Needs to be better organized and have a better concept of time. Had an appt Friday morning and no one showed up so I called the main number and it ended up that they had to cancel my appt but they forgot to call and let me know no one was coming. They were good bc they gave me another appt for the next Monday. Monday came and I was waiting for them and again no one showed up. I called the main number no one answered. Finally I got a call saying they were on their way and would maybe be there in 10 minutes.. that would have made them 35 minutes late. Unacceptable to not be punctual when I'm paying for a service.

EM and the team showed up on time, in masks, and did a great job. Really nice guys. Cleaned the flue as requested, but noticed other issues and provided recommendations. Repaired grout and cement damage. Removed the old damper and put in one that really works. Thanks

So glad we found Absolute! After having already gotten multiple quotes from other services, Absolute's professionalism, timeliness, honest fair pricing and quality of work, all went above and beyond the competition. Absolutely the best! I had 2 other companies try to fix my fireplace issues without success. Then I found the folks at Absolute. They were on time, professional and analyzed the problem quickly. We hired them and tonight was the 1st fire in 3 years without the house filling with smoke! Thank you Elder & Absolute. It's a pleasure doing business with a company that is honest and has integrity. I highly recommend them!
