LOVE Buff City Soap! Their detergent is amazing and I certainly don’t miss lugging heavy plastic bottles. The staff is wonderful and always so helpful. My daughter and I love coming here!

I am absolutely hooked on Buff City Soap!! Especially the detergent with baking soda, the dryer balls & now that we can get scent beads in any scent, that’s next!! I’ve tried almost everything & just LOVE it!!!! My favorite scent, hands down is Love Potion! Sooo many to choose from!!! And the ladies at The Mohegan Lake, NY store are so accommodating!! I’ve got a few friends hooked too!!! Love the holiday surprises too!

The soaps here are amazing the ones that have shea butter in them make your skin feel very moisturized and the laundry detergents leave a great scent on your clothes and removes stains perfectly! The products also make great gifts for any occasion and the Staff are super attentive and very informative on all the products!

The store is clean with lots of variety and great products. There are 2 ladies who seem to be owners/partners and one is simply nasty! When the store first opened (about 10 months ago) they gave out a card to the first 100 people that entitles the person to one free bar of soap per month for 12 months. Whenever I go in for my free bar, this one owner gets mean about it! Today as I walked in, they asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said I was just going to pick up a bar of soap with my card. The lady then got kinda of snippy and said “well I guess we won’t be seeing you after the free soap offer runs out in a couple months”. I said “no, I’m sure I’ll be back!” because I do genuinely like their products. Well she couldn’t leave it at that. She kept prodding me and said “NO YOU WON’T!!!” At that point I told her “well if you’ve convinced yourself that I won’t, then I won’t!”.I run a business myself and completely understand that these freebies are loss leaders. If they didn’t want to have this situation where some of us were only getting the free soaps, then they should have put a condition on the cards (“ free with purchase”)!! Her nasty attitude is enough to keep me away. Not only that, I’ve now written a google review and sure as hell I’ll be posting on the local Facebook group! It’s a real shame because the other partner is a sweetheart as are the other employees.

Absolutely love their bar soap, scrub, bath truffles, bath bombs and dryer balls. The staff is wonderful and so helpful.

My daughter and I love Buff City. The employees are great, nice, friendly and extremely helpful. The products are wonderful. We love all the scents and the way the store is sit up. My daughter loves the mystery boxes. She gets them every time we go.

This is not a typical store I would find myself in often. I love this place, the soap smells amazing even just sitting in my bathroom. High quality products, easy to customize. Laundry detergent is a must. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff! It’s such a great experience going in there. Just ordered a bunch of soaps for favors for a baby shower and I’m excited to let family/friends try. They even offer events you can make your own soaps/bath bombs. Also suggest going on tuesdays! They have an awesome 4/$20 deal!

Soap, lotions, foaming soaps, laundry soaps, dryer balls, oils and more …. Fabulous products all of them! Ever appreciated soap until I went to Buff City PLUS fantastic staff in the Mohegan Lake Store. If you haven’t been there yet it is worth the trip!!!

it’s a really nice clean place! i love the soaps! the employees are like right on top of you which is a little annoying bc u don’t get time to just look around by urself bc the persons going oh u like this? well let’s turn it into a lotion! lol but i get it bc it’s opening daya tad overpriced but it’s worth it
