Just when you think things can't get any better, they did. The carpet was delivered the day it was promised and then I had the great pleasure of meeting Luis, the expert carpet installer. It was a relatively big install, so Luis and his team arrived early then at 5:15 Luis asked, "How late can we work?" Now ... it's been my experience that when the end of day bell rings, out the door go the workmen. Not here. Luis and his hardworking confidants stayed at my home to near 9:00 in the evening so they could get the job done in one shot. And get the job done they did. Expertly, and might I dare to say in the prose of carpet industry jargon, seamlessly. I highly recommend Westchester House and Home. To go anywhere else would just be plain silly.”
