This branch will say whatever it wants to get you to open an account. Lie to your face by exaggerating returns and amounts fdic coverage and lots more. Also not return funds wrongly taken when proof is shown. Cortlandt branch manager will tell you they fdic cover say 10 million dollars so long as it's broken up into different accounts. Obviously an exaggerated statement. They want you to open as many accounts as possible to fill a quota. Snake oil salesmen

You are a bank, people trust you with their money & investments. Yet, you cannot do something so simple as schedule staff! The ATM is only giving out $ 100.00. Three of us were waiting for the bank to open, it finally opens! NO TELLERS available for 30 minutes!. Who ever opened the gate needs a severe lesson in customer service. Did you really tell a customer, you have seen bigger checks deposited in the ATM. Did you stop and think before you opened your mouth, that maybe they wanted to know the clearance time on the check. If he was management - - Citibank needs better customer service training. Why didn't he and the other people standing around just start doing teller jobs until the bank has sufficient STAFF? Citibank needs to reassess the management at this branch. When I went back to finish my business, one teller three people on line and two separate woman "managers" kept interrupting the lone teller with questions about the clients in their offices. Those of us who were waiting patiently on line do not want to hear other clients private matters. The clients had hold and/or blocks on their accounts. If you retrain the staff at this branch include some lesson on discretion and confidentiality!

All my husband and I wanted to do was open a joint checking. There were about 3 people in their offices on their computers and no one came to help us.

don't go there at night time i went to go use the atm i had 2 people run out of there car and grab the door before it lock i think they where thinking of robing me put i did not take any cash out i gave them a dirty look so i think i back them off and the little mirror on the new atm suck you can't see anything

I GIVE CITIBANK NEGATIVE 5 STARS I paid my Home Equity Line Of Credit in FULL on 10/22/19 but Citi failed to remove it from my credit report. Now that NYS Governor Cuomo is preventing me from working, I tried to open another Home Equity Line Of Credit to cover loss of income. I was denied because Citibank did not notify the Credit Reporting Agencies that it was PAID IN FULL AND CLOSED FIVE MONTHS AGO! As if that's not bad enough, I called Citi Mortgage at 1:00 p.m. and their recording says I reached them after their regular business hrs of 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m. Central Time!! NOT TRUE. MAYBE they're under a work from home rule, but someone should be fielding calls. I spent 3hrs 50 minutes on hold after regular customer service transferred me to a "good number" only to get another recording saying I reached them after normal business hours!!! ANOTHER LIE! Citibank should be answering calls during these uncertain times whether at a branch or staff working at home. Especially when a customer needs them to correct their NEGLIGENT MISTAKES negatively affecting ones ability to provide for their family!

I'm not sure what issues the other reviews have with his bank but I could just tell you that everyone has always been nice and customer service is excellent and I'm always in and out of there very quickly and there's never really a line and you never have to wait. Marlon is very smart and efficient and Adele is so friendly and they make you feel like you're part of the family. I have been using this bank for my business for many many years and never had any issues. If there was an issue they would fix it and help me solve the problem right away. Excellent customer service here.
