The staff is very pleasant and understanding. I was very sick and late and they took off my late fees. They are also reasonable.

I used Cortlandt Self Storage for several months. I must say the service was wonderful. The facility was clean and conveniently located. So easy to access and our unit was climate controlled well worth it.Thank you to the staff, they are the best family business ever.Sue

This storage is 24 hour access and always very clean. Double gated security and password protected. Highly recommended!

Storage facility is new. Accessibility is good. Client service needs improvement.I drove from NYC to my storage unit on MLK day with my 3 year old. When I stopped in the office to ask if we could use their restroom (which were permitted to use on the day we opened our storage unit) I was told to go up their hill to a porta-john. Given that I pay around $200 a month that helps support their business, I was pretty disturbed that a mom and young child were told they couldn't use the office bathroom on a cold January day. Not the most hospitable for a company in the client service sector.

Never had any issues. Staff is very helpful. I had my stuff here for YEARS! Never had a problem. Also love that they have 24/7 access via keypad at the gate
