Pharmacy takes a long time to even acknowledge your presence let alone actually helping you.

Geez to talk to someone especially in the pharmacy is an ordeal. I had to leave a message. After pressing many buttons to just get to it. Horrible. Plus there was a hold up on my prescription that I needed. Well looks like I’ll be using someone else to get my prescriptions.

NO ONE WANTS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE TO BE CALLED BACK. I WANT TO TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON NOT YOUR USELESS ROBOT THAT ONLY EVER WANTS ME TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I DO. NOT. WANT. TO. LEAVE. A. VOICEMAIL. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.
