  Placed online order for pickup to save time. Never received notification it was ready. Called customer service last night and they assured me it would be ready shortly. Never got a notification.   This is the most disorganized process I have ever experienced. They had no idea o had picked up some of my order. They never ever answer their phones. The associates are mixed. Some very nice but you hear complaints while you are there. Used to have a separate order department .very disappointing .

  WOW!!!! Home Depot is no longer honoring Veteran discount except on these Holidays Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans Day.
