Went to exchange a propane tank. Waited outside in the heat gor over 25 minutes. I even called customer service midway. I ended up going and refunding the exchange and keeping the empty one. Ill find somewhere else to go

Terrible service! My husband and I ordered a stove, they told us that the delivery would be made in two business days and a week passed and the order did not arrive! We called and they told us they canceled the order, we went to the store and the man named Rick and a woman who doesn't even know what her employee position is said they didn't have a solution or answer for what happened! So we told her to call her superior and the woman just laughed in our face sarcastically and she said I don't know anything and I can't do anything! So you think to order something at home depot think twice time

These guys are so professional, they are kind, they help you so good, this is the first Home Depot that threats this way. I wish all Home Depot’s would be like this. On plumbing the best guys.

Ordered paint online. First they delayed the order for 4 days with no reason given, then when I went to store to inquire it they gave me the wrong paint entirely. When I returned it next day I was given a refund and they didn't even bother to find the correct paint. Left a really bad impression and I've been shopping here for years. The staff just cannot be bothered to earn their wage there.

I had a great experience with Home Depot's customer service. I ordered a garage door and provided my specific measurements of 9 ft x 6 ft 6 inches. Distracted by my conversation with the sales associate, I didn’t double-check the receipt. Three weeks later, the door arrived with incorrect measurements. I returned to Home Depot to address the issue and, after some back and forth, they provided a full refund. Their commitment to resolving the problem and ensuring my satisfaction was impressive. Excellent customer service!

Blaine was super helpful in the paint department, she went above and beyond and got us exactly what we’re looking for from a spot that we never would’ve seen! She was very friendly and got us in and out so we could finish our project.
Mike was also awesome at checkout, as always. Love those chops! Thanks for the great shopping experience guys.

It's Home Depot, they have 95% of what you need in stock, some times not the best quality but the cheapest.

My sister and I were able to purchase a large array of plants and other decorative items to add to our flower selection. We found all that we had been looking for, and I would have to say that Home Depot has one of the largest and most beautiful selections that you could choose from ❤️ !! Give them a try, and you won't be disappointed.

I love this Home Depot. Everyone is helpful there, big, lots of parking, doesn’t feel as crowded/busy as Hawthorne location.

I ordered a product through customer service and was having issues with the company being used to deliver it. I called and spoke with the manager at the Home Depot and she arranged for one of her employees to personally deliver it to me. Above and beyond service from everyone I spoke to at the Cortlandt Home Depot.
