We’ve done several custom framing projects at this Michaels and Laurie is a gem! She guides you through the process, provides her stylistic suggestions as to what will look nice, and also shares when sales will be taking place!

I have noticed a total change in this location. Shelves were stocked,it was clean. Two very helpful people both named David! I have worked at this location before and it is now so much better. They are still understaffed,but that is the fault of corporate. Well done staff!

My daughter and I love this store. Always great finds and prices. The guy who is the manager there is always so helpful . On Sundays sometimes we stop in for the arts and crafts table in which my daughter enjoys

Store manager Raymond was not knowledgeable regarding store items, argumentative when I offered a suggestion and generally unhelpful. I was very frustrated by his inability to listen to what I was trying to say and ultimately made me upset and angry. He is not suited for management position

I ordered some thing, and when I went to pick it up i realized i ordered from the wrong store. I went inside to buy the item, and iI got very dizzy. This gentleman Trey saw me and came right up to assist me. My blood pressure had shot up. Trey said “I got you”. took me a place to sit down, gave me water and a skied if I wanted an ambulance. I called my husband to bring my blood pressure medication. meanwhile, Trey was so calm and his whole demeanor was reassuring. i am so glad he was there.

Very happy with the service at this location. The frame shop knows their stuff and was very helpful with how to adhere artwork to a frame. The cashier( Ashley M.) was patient, helpful and efficient. All staff seemed happy to help and kept the place organized. Probably the best Michael's I've visited.

AC Moore before it closed was a far far superior store. Michaels is rarely stocked. It's only saving grace is its staff.

Don’t come here for Amazon returns haha. As SOON as I came in with my box and shipping label the worker “jokingly” said, “yeah we’re gonna deny you.” They requested I taped the sheet I asked if they had tape they said whatever isle. I understand I wasn’t paying for a Michaels item, I return things at Kohl’s frequently no problem I WISH I could return the item there I unfortunately can’t change from UPS. Safe yourself the drive/trip/gas money and go to another location for returns ??
