I frequent this post office for all of my business needs, and I have to compliment the staff (especially Doug) as they’ve always been very helpful and kind. I’ve been to many other post offices where the staff couldn’t care less about assisting you, but that’s not the case here. I’m very happy with the service provided!

I've always had a good experience here, especially considering it is a post office and I hate mailing things. There is this one guy there, taller, maybe in his 40s, who is very direct and helpful. He is also friendly, which is not the norm for post offices, though perhaps my perception has been skewed by what an absolute nightmare post offices in my hometown of Flatbush, Brooklyn are.

This is the best Post Office! Maybe I'm just lucky but most of the time I visit there aren't long lanes, or they move quickly. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and always try to help as best they can. Numerous times helped me to find the cheapest shipping option.

Poor sorting and delivery. Lazy driver did not even come to the door with a package. Just put a, "sorry we missed you" slip in our box while I was standing on the front steps!

This is the best post office I have ever been too. Go in and see them and they will help you with whatever you need.They always go above and beyond to provide you with the best possible customer service and leave you wanting to come back. Look no further for your post office stop.

Friendly and helpful service. It's often crowded at lunch times. With only two clerks at most this can mean slow service, but if you go in the afternoon you'll be in and out.

Postmaster Penny unwilling to assist and pushes you off to another post office. Very unprofessional and avoids customers by lying and telling her associates that’s she’s unavailable. Clearly doesn’t take responsibility for her staff’s lack of knowledge and training when It comes to lost or stolen packages.Beware! They will lose your package and refuse to help you! So much for paying for additional insurance. Worthless especially if you have to deal with someone like her to try to complete a claim. Takes no accountability.

I visited the Mohegan Lake Post Office this afternoon to send a gift to my brother. Scott helped me with my package. Scott was very polite, kind and knowledgeable! Thank you Scott! We need more Scotts !!!?????
