“Dr. Adel Abdelmalek and staff were very attentive, warm and friendly! My bill was only $188 because I have Banfield Pet insurance - well worth it as this visit would have cost $400 anywhere else!
My Yorkie, Holly had a double severe ear infection . The treatment and care that given was amazing.

“Dr Dundas in Lincolndale is smart, professional and kind. She can care for the worse of dogs who are uncomfortable in the treatment room. She is like a “Dr. Doolittle”!
She also listens intently to what you report to her before deciding a diagnosis or tests needed. So important to the care for your pets.
The staff there are also very kind and well trained!”

“Doctor K is absolutely the best! He is a great person and a phenomonal vet. He is compassionate, and truly loves our furbabies. I have great confidence in him, and would always entrust him to care for my pets' well-being. Doctor K also always calls promptly, when he promises a call about a test result, and he also takes the time to email answers and advice to my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in offering solutions. Most of all, he provides a plan and next steps for all of my furbabies, which is very helpful in a multi-pet home in keeping everyone on track. I have been with Dr. K for many years, dating back to when he did acupuncture on my dog. I would highly recommend Yorktown Animal Hospital and their sister location Peekskill Animal.”
“Dr. Eldridge really cares about the animals. I've been to many vets and they all price gouge to the point where owners are forced to make decisions based on finances. To me those vets should not be in business. Yes, all great vets should make a great living, the money and time spent to become a veterinarian warrant that, but neither side should take advantage of the other. Be honest, pay great vets (like Dr. Eldridge) what they deserve, w/o manipulation, and any vets that read this should follow Dr. Eldridge's lead. Thank you Dr. Eldridge for having a heart and doing all that you do!”
“We had our 2 very anxious dogs and 3 cats taken care of here. We had a great experience every time. Our dogs stayed here when we went on vacation and even though they were both anxious they enjoyed staying here.
The vets never pushed me to pay for anything that wasn’t medically necessary. They always showed compassion and care. I cannot say the same for any other vet clinics in the area and we tried most of those before coming here!”

“Best vet clinic! I’m a nervous dog Mom & the staff are always happy to answer my many questions, attentively. My dog is greeted with love, every time. The level of care is above and beyond. They provide excellent, detailed treatment plans and the level of expertise in the vets/techs is extremely evident. Anyone who has been to a different clinic, knows how difficult it is to find both vet & staff that you can TRULY trust with your beloved pet. At every other vet clinic I’ve tried, my dog was either misdiagnosed, mistreated or injured - it’s heartbreaking. It’s relieving to know that anytime my dog comes in, he is getting the best quality of care and being treated with kindness. “1000% best vet's out there. They treat your pet like thier own. My pup loved them. He would nap in the office would happy leave the room with them when needed. Which he wouldn't do with other vet's. He would whine with other vet's. With West point team not a peep he loved them. Got so excited when I said he was going even when he had to get shots and blood drawn. They scheduled plenty of time to go over every little detail. To the very end. Above and beyond. Love calling them my vet.”
“We are among the first pet people to use the services of SPAHin the early 80’s. I was excited to bring my pets to a women led veterinary hospital - a rarity back in the day. Every person at SPAH is skilled, professional, compassionate and loves animals.When our current cat was very ill, the doctors suggested a complicated surgery, but they left the choice to us and never ran a guilt trip on us as some vets might have.Today our boy is healthy and stays at the Meowiott when we are away. I want to be honest—when I first saw a bad reviews about Dr. Erika Bernard, I was unsure and almost believed them. But after meeting her, I decided to trust the process, and I’m so glad I did. Yes, the bills can be high, but if you want the best care for your pet, it’s worth it. Having peace of mind with a good vet, especially during your puppy’s first year, is priceless.
Dr. Bernard got us through some tough gastrointestinal issues and my puppy’s spay surgery. She was responsive the whole time and still is. She answers emails, checks in, and makes sure everything is going smoothly. That kind of attention and care is rare, and it’s important to me.
I want to put this out there for anyone who hasn’t met her yet. Don’t let a few bad reviews stop you—meet with her yourself like I did, and you’ll see. She truly cares about the animals and does everything to give them the best care.”
